After developing the first SnoCaps Trailer Enclosure to protect his own snowmobile, our founder discovered that his durable, soft-sided trailer enclosure was ideal for many applications, from snowmobile trailers to car haulers, and even airplane trailers.

All of our SnoCaps are made with the same heavy-walled aluminum tube frame and durable, long-lasting Shelter Rite skins. The average lifespan of the skins is 12-15 years, and we have never had to replace a frame due to normal wear and tear. We’re so confident in our quality workmanship and materials, every SnoCaps Trailer Enclosure is backed by our five-year limited warranty.

Sport Series

Sport Series SnoCaps are designed to fit tilt bed snowmobile trailers. They feature a front access panel, a zip in/out roll up back door, and a driver’s side fuel door for convenience. Sport Series SnoCaps have the same quality construction as our other SnoCaps, at a more affordable price for tilt bed trailers.

Pro Series

Pro Series SnoCaps are designed to fit v-nose snowmobile trailers. They feature a lift-open front nose and a zip in/out roll up back door for easy loading and unloading. We have made Pro Series SnoCaps for 10-foot trailers, as well as trailers up to 36 feet long. We’re proud to say that some of the original decades-old Pro Series trailer enclosures are still on the road today!

MotoCaps are for utility trailers but can be used on any flat deck trailer. MotoCaps feature the same high-quality construction as the rest of our SnoCaps with heavy-duty aluminum tubing and long-lasting Shelter Rite skins. We can ship a kit directly to you or offer professional installation at our shop.

Founded in 1979 by U.S. Navy veteran, Duane Smith, Canvasworks Inc is Minnesota’s one-stop shop for canvas and aluminum products serving the greater Twin Cities Metro area and beyond. Quality craftsmanship is our forte, and we specialize in custom products. Advances in technology, such as 3D laser measuring, our 52’ long CNC cutting table, and fabric welding, have allowed us to build on time-honored practices and streamline our processes.

Due to the nature of our business, most of our work is customized to some degree. Therefore, a 50 percent deposit is required before work begins on your order.
