At Canvasworks, we utilize a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machine to cut our fabrics. Having an automated cutter helps us streamline manufacturing for all of our fabric and canvas products, allowing us to pass the savings on to our customers!

If you are interested in our industrial sewing services, the cost savings is especially significant compared to traditional cutting methods. Our CNC machine can do hot knife or roller knife cutting, and has a cutting width of 61.5 inches by 600 inches. Pattern Development

Making a pattern is a fundamental component of developing any product. At Canvasworks, we can make patterns for designers and manufacturers using a sketch, existing product, or even an untested design! We love a challenge, and have experience making patterns for established companies as well as entrepreneurs who need help developing new designs.

Digitization Services

We also offer digitization services. In simplest terms, this means we use special computer software to digitize any existing pattern, giving you a precise copy that can be printed, digitally saved, sent by email, input into a cutting machine, and used to cut identical pieces repeatedly. No more bulky patterns taking up space in your shop.
